The ESLEAM® C/AD Series possesses excellent dispersing properties in inorganic fillers such as alumina and silica, and contributes to improving the fluidity of encapsulant formulation.
2. Characteristics
- Imparts effects such as preventing filler aggregation, lowering viscosity of resin formulation and stabilizing dispersion system.
- Has a high concentration (100%) of active components and does not contain impurities such as alkali metals.
- Customization is also available so the dispersant can fit various resin formulations(e.g., epoxy type), such as changing the polarity of the dispersant
