1. About MARPROOF® AM-515

MARPROOF® AM-515 is an adhesion improver for metal conductive paste for screen printing.
AM-515 is highly compatible with ethyl cellulose, which is used as a binder for screen printing paste. The use of AM-515 together with ethyl cellulose can improve adhesion with substrate sheets.
In addition, AM-515 provides a good thermal decomposition property because it is based on acrylic polymer. The amount of carbon residue can also be reduced.

2.Features

  • MARPROOF® AM-515 shows good compatibility with Ethyl Cellurose, that enables to obtain uniform printed film.
  • Improves adhesion between substrates and metal conductive paste.
  • Shows a good thermal decomposition property under both air and a nitrogen atmosphere, and reduces the amount of carbon residue derived from ethyl cellulose.
