NOF’s binders for printing conductive paste and ceramic molding are based on acrylic polymers. A
variety of molecular designs are possible according to the application.
For printing conductive paste use, our binders can be used to obtain appropriate printing properties
by giving a suitable level of thixotropy to pastes, that achieves the suppression of acrylic
thread-forming problem.
For ceramic molding use, our binders can be dissolved in various solvents, allowing for high
strength and uniform molding.
In addition, our binders offer advantages such as having an excellent thermal decomposition
property, resulting in low carbon residue and the ability to lower sintering temperature.
