Code of Conduct


Support the development of employees by encouraging them to take on new and motivating challenges.

 

The Code of Conduct communicates to company employees the actions and attitude needed to achieve the corporate philosophy. The Code of Conduct is conceived to correspond with the principles embodied in the Corporate Philosophy. Its key defining characteristics are as follow:


- As a chemical manufacturer, we give priority to our Responsible Care commitment. The phrase “Earth’s future” clearly and concisely expresses our deep concern for the environment and safety.
- The term “robust earnings” expresses our pursuit of profit with a positive attitude and through transparent and honest business practices.
- “Dare to dream and take on challenges” expresses our wish for a positive future headed in the right direction and work that fills human aspirations.
