Lipidure®-Coat Plate
Lipidure®-Coat Plate is a cell culture plate for the formation of embryoid body (EB).
You can easily obtain EB by dispensing dispersed embryonic stem (ES) cells. |
 |
 |
Formation of EB using Lipidure®-Coat Plate
You can easily obtain EB from ES cells. |
 |
 |
STEP 1 Cultivation of ES |
|
STEP 2 Dispense of ES Cells |
|
STEP 3 Cultivation |

STEP 4 Formation of EB |

 |
Features of Lipidure®-Coat Plate
You can form EB under circumstances similar to the inside of the body. Because the surface is made of Lipidure®-Coat, it resembles the surface of a human cell membrane and ES cells do not adhere to the Lipidure®-Coat surface.
You can easily obtain one piece of EB per well.
You can do not only differentiation induction but also screening assay using EB. |

Lipidure®-Coat Dish
Lipidure®-Coat Dish is a cell culture dish for the formation of human embryoid body (hEB).
You can easily obtain hEB by transplanting human embryonic stem (hES) cells onto feeder cells. |

Feature of Lipidure®-Coat Dish
You can form hEB under circumstances similar to the inside of the body. Because the surface is made of Lipidure®-Coat, it resembles the surface of a human cell membrane.
You do not need to conduct any pretreatment to form hEB. You can easily obtain hEB by transplanting hES cells onto feeder cells.
Human ES cells do not adhere to the Lipidure® surface. |
