Advantages of product when used as a color filter protective layer
· Greatly improves ease of production processes by using a single fluid.
· Absence of solvents yields a flatter surface and more precise width.
· Precision cross-linking prevents contamination of the liquid crystal solution.

The importance of data display devices is growing as society becomes

Increasingly reliant on information. Manufacturers are working constantly on improving resolution and other aspects of display performance. Because liquid crystal displays use many organic compounds, advances in organic chemistry can make a big contribution to enhancing performance.

The principles of liquid crystal displays
As shown in the diagram below, turning the power on and off to allow or prevent light shining through, in a similar way to how a window blind works, can change the lineation of liquid crystal molecules. In the diagrams below, the two upper and lower polarizing plates are arranged so that they are in parallel with the direction of polarization.

Structure of color filter
A color image is produced by switching precisely arrayed red, green and blue picture elements so that light is blocked or allowed to pass. The color filter is critical to this image production process. Except for the glass substrate and transparent electrodes, almost all the other components in these filters are made of organic compounds.
