Crotonaldehyde (CRA) is produced by oxidization of lipids in a living body. CRA reacts with lysine residues in proteins to form a stable reactant (CRA-lysine). This antibody has high specificity to CRA-lysine.

Croton Aldehyde

Immunogen : Antibody obtained by cultivating the hybridoma, which is formed by fusing the spleen cell of a BALB/c mouse sensitized with CRA modification protein and the myeloma cell of a mouse, in the abdominal cavity of the BALB/c mouse.
Form/Shape : 10mM Phosphoric Acid Buffer Physiologic Saline Solution containing 0.1% NaN3 and 0.5% BSA
Specificity : Combines specifically with CRA modification protein.
