Anti ACR Monoclonal Antibody

Anti Acrolein Monoclonal Antibody

ACR is a highly reactive aldehyde and has been proven toxic and carcinogenic since it reacts with nucleophilic groups, such as amino acid residues contained in proteins of the body. ACR was once believed to be produced from heated plastics and edible oil, burning cigarettes, metabolic changes in cyclophosphamide in vivo, etc. Recently, however, ACR has been proved to form by the hyperoxidation reaction of lipid in vitro, and to exist in human arteriosclerosis foci. The Anti ACR monoclonal antibody recognizes the stable reactant { NƒÃ-(3-formyl-3,4-dehydropiperidino)-lysine structure} of ACR and lysine residue in proteins. It can be used for diverse clinical investigations and researches such as on arteriosclerosis and carcinogenesis.

Immunogen : Antibody obtained by cultivating hybridoma, which is formed by fusing the spleen cell of a BALB/c mouse sensitized with ACR modification protein and 653 myeloma cell of a mouse, in the abdominal cavity of the BALB/c mouse.
Refining Method : Refined ascites, obtained by cultivation in the abdominal cavity, with protein A to obtain IgG fractions.
Form/Shape : 10mM Phosphoric Acid Buffer Physiologic Saline solution containing 0.1% NaN3 and 0.5% BSA
Specificity : Combines specifically with ACR modification protein.
Class : IgG 1 (ƒÈ)
Volume : 20 or 100μg/vial (100μg/mL)
Storing Method : Stored at -20 degrees centigrade
Package   2ml Vial
