Anti 4-Hydroxy-2-hexenal (4-HHE) Monoclonal Antibody |
 |
 |
4-HHE is an oxidized secondary product which is formed when biological lipids consisting of polyunsaturated fatty acid of the n-3 group, such as eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid, receive oxidization stress. 4-HHE forms a relatively stable reactant (Michael adduct) with protein. This antibody is highly specific to stable 4-HHE and histidine residues in protein. |
