Anti 4-HNE (4-Hydroxy-2-nonenal) Monoclonal Antibody |
 |
 |
4-HNE[4-hydroxy-2-nonenal] is an oxidized secondary product (aldehyde) which is formed when organic lipids consisting of polyunsaturated fatty acid of the ƒÖ6 group, such as arachidonic acid, receive oxidization stress. 4-HNE forms a relatively stable reactant (Michael adduct) with proteins. This antibody is highly specific to the stable 4-HNE-protein compound. |
