MODIPER® S SERIES

The MODIPER® S Series is a styrene-vinyl acetate block copolymer developed by NOF from a unique polymeric peroxide. The series includes MODIPER® MS10B, a methyl methacrylate-styrene block copolymer.
The MODIPER® S Series is an excellent shrinkage inhibitor for unsaturated polyester (UP) resins. The MODIPER® S Series is an especially effective shrinkage inhibitor for SMC and BMC molding, peltrusion molding, hand layup and spray up room temperature molding, and resin concrete. MODIPER® S Series is also useful as a compatibility agent for PS and SBS shrinkage inhibitor UP resins.

  • Hand lay up, spray lay up: pipe joints, FRP molds, etc.

  • Resin concrete: Bathroom wall paneling, artificial marble, etc.
  • Pultrusion molding: Septic tanks reinforcement rings, etc.
